Michael DeLuca, Owner

Mike brings with him 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate sales field. He has a BS Degree from Pennsylvania State University, and lives in Lutherville, MD with his wife, Maryellen, and daughter, Tessa.

Mike is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, as well as a decorated law enforcement officer. His love of the building industry brought about a career change in 2005, when he went to work as a project manager for Ryan Homes. In his 4 years at Ryan, Mike was the recipient of multiple awards, including Rookie of the Year, Distinguished Builder, and multiple Construction Volume awards including Top work place 2016 and 2018. As the housing market weathered in 2009, he started his own residential construction business. "If I could make it work in that market, I could make it work in ANY market". In 2013 he branched out and obtained his real estate license and is now brokered with Cummings and Company Realtors, which was voted as Baltimore Best Mid Sized Work Places 2016! In 2014, he became the sole proprietor of what is now MD Remodeling and Real Estate LLC. Mike averages $4.5+ Million per year in real estate sales throughout the Baltimore Metro Area
